Dying Light The Beast retains the familiar formula of the series and focuses primarily on gameplay. The parkour and survival mechanics here are recognizable from previous installments, especially the second game. Players still scout locations with binoculars, reveal safe zones with UV lamps, and are constantly forced to craft and upgrade weapons that wear out over time. The nighttime threat remains serious: the pursuit system from the second installment returns with several levels of danger, and some enemies seem to absorb damage and are not susceptible to standard attacks.

The plot remains secondary and familiar from the first scenes. The main strength of the project is the gameplay and the feeling of survival in a dangerous world.
